Bring Walt’s Waltz to Your School!

Calling All Middle and High School Students!
Join us during your lunch period for a Walt’s Waltz booth and learn how you can be a mental wellness advocate in your school and community.

This event is designed to promote mental health awareness, sustainability, and overall well-being.
Let’s stop dancing around mental health conversations—together, we can build a stronger, stigma-free community.

Visit our booth to:

  • Find out how to become a Walt’s Waltz Student Ambassador

  • Discover stress management tips, mental health resources, and self-care tools

  • Pick up positive affirmations, pocket mirrors, butterfly mascot pins, painting sheets, and more

  • Take the Walt’s Waltz Stigma-Free Pledge

  • Connect with others who care about mental wellness

For Faculty, Administrators, Staff, Parents, and Caregivers:
We offer free Mental Health First Aid for Youth trainings for individuals 18 and older in the Midlands and Upstate SC, thanks to Prisma Health and their SAMHSA Grant.
